What is your shipping policy?
Currently, we offer free shipping within the continental United States for non-industrial storage items over $50. Shipping for industrial storage items will be calculated at checkout. You can read the full policy here.

I received an item that’s damaged. What do I do?
Please reach out to us immediately by email and provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number. We’ll take it from there.
I purchase fasteners for my business. Can I open a business account with net terms?
Yes! For over 40 years, we’ve prided ourselves on serving businesses well. For net payment terms, we do extend these to business customers after successful completion of a reference check.

What’s this three-hour organization session all about?
For new or existing business customers, we offer to help organize fastener-designated areas within companies that need attention. We can do anything from sorting, re-labeling, moving, cleaning or counting fasteners for businesses - whatever is most needed! This is a completely free service.
Prerequisites: The business must be willing to communicate with us prior to the visit to make the most of the session. The business must also be located outside of the home in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or Connecticut.

I want to buy a fastener assortment, but I don’t see one that works for me. Can I make my own assortment?
Yes, you can! Just reach out to us directly and we will work to put a customer assortment together for you. To get the quickest answer for you, either email us or complete the Contact Us form.
Be sure to include the following in your message:
- Type of fasteners you’d like in them
- Diameters, pitches and lengths, if applicable
- Types of nuts/washers you’d like with them, if applicable
- What kind of storage you’d like them in, such as a metal drawer or large 40-hole metal bin
