203 Piece Nitrile Air Conditioning O Ring Assortment
203 nitrile O-rings in a pre-packaged assortment covering the sizes used at A/C fitting connections on domestic and import vehicles. Every A/C hose and line disconnect requires the O-ring to be replaced — using the old ring is a leading cause of post-repair refrigerant leaks. This assortment keeps the right size in reach for any fitting connection without searching through individual bags.
What's Included
- Nitrile (NBR) O-rings — sized for automotive A/C system fitting connections
- Multiple diameters and cross-section sizes covering common domestic and import A/C hose and line connections
- 203 pieces total

Best For
- A/C and refrigeration shops — every hose and line fitting disconnected during A/C service requires a new O-ring on reassembly; a stocked assortment prevents a return trip to the parts counter mid-job
- General automotive service shops — A/C O-ring replacement comes up during compressor, condenser, and evaporator repairs on almost every vehicle; having the right size in stock reduces cycle time
- Fleet maintenance operations — mixed fleets require a variety of O-ring sizes across models; this assortment covers the most common fitting sizes without managing dozens of individual part numbers
Why Nitrile for A/C O-Rings?
Automotive A/C O-rings need to seal against refrigerant and refrigerant oil (PAG or POE) under pressure while withstanding wide temperature swings — from cold engine-off conditions to the heat generated by a running compressor. Nitrile rubber (NBR) provides good resistance to PAG and mineral-based oils and handles the temperature range of automotive A/C systems reliably.
A/C O-rings should always be replaced whenever a fitting is disconnected, even if the old ring looks intact. Once an O-ring has been seated and pressurized, it conforms to its seating surface; disturbing it breaks the seal. Installing a new, lubricated O-ring is the only reliable way to prevent a refrigerant leak after reassembly.
Always lubricate O-rings with clean refrigerant oil before installation — dry O-rings can twist or pinch in the fitting groove. Questions about material compatibility or sizing? Contact us.
